The instructions are a bit confusing and when you use a combination of equipment i.e. cable, TV, and home theater all with their owm remotes,it gets a little confusing. I called their tech service and we quickly solved one of the sound problems with a press of a button on the remote. This system can be configured in many directions. I am happy with keeping it simple stupid. (KISS).
